Chiang Mai#10 Maesai - The Northern Most of Thailand

After the buffet lunch, we headed to the town of Mae Sai, which is the most northern part of Thailand.

Since it is a tourist spot here, we can see many poor kids sleeping on the floor or hanging around there to wait for the right time to get something from tourists. Pity . . . But still, don't give them money! Coffee will be better.

There is not much to see in this little town, two row of shops selling souvenirs, fresh fruits, chestnuts, and a comfortable coffee shop for some tea time -->

All happy faces after drinking the cooling coffee~~

The back of this arch is Myanmar, just some footsteps away. Tourists can apply for a temporary visa of 14days (costs 500baht) to cross the border to Tachileik, Myanmar.

The bridge to Myanmar. Here we get a peek of Myanmar . . yea, just like that. . . hehe

This little girl (or boy?) requested for our drinks . . . . so here she goes . . .
Later on, her mama found out she was drinking, scolded the child and took away the cup from her . .
and guess what, mama is slurping the coffee!
