Krabi#2 Piley Bay, Maya Bay, Monkey Island, Bamboo Island & Sunset

A BIG breakfast for an intensive day of island hopping and snorkeling! WOOHOO.. got ourselves a private charted longtail boat for 4000baht (7pax) inclusive of snorkeling equipments, lunch, drinking water and fruits~ we can go anywhere we want with our boatmen for 8 hours, avoiding the tourist crowd ^^

Getting ready, finding our own 'duck feet' =) ooh, ricky got his 'squid' feet.. lol (the blue flippers on the right looks just like a pair of squids!)

Our first stop of PP island hopping --> Pileh Bay*****

My gosh, all of us can't stop screaming!! AAaahhh..

P: Why can so beautiful one!!! Crazyy..

Indeed, entering through a narrow path between huge limestones into a wide pool of turquoise sea water.. amazing..! good spot for swimming, not snorkeling though.

This photo is the only photo that successfully taken under water by our Canon.
Yeah~~

Second stop --> Maya Bay***** famous as it was used as the filming location for movie
'The Beach' (Leornardo DiCaprio). there's no resort on this beach but u can camp for the night, if u dare ^^

Check out P&A video on Maya Bay, we are so excited!!

The most beautiful beach in PP.

next stop --> Monkey Beach***
as the name tells, surely u wanna feed some monkeys here. the beach is fine, crowdy but not as nice as Maya beach. If u love monkeys, this is the place for ya. there's a stall selling snacks and coconut drink here. Good place for lunch break~

We had quite a rough sea that day, even braver, facing the waves with only a small longtail boat. had to skip snorkeling at mosquitoe and bamboo island as well =.= still, here's what we caught @ Bamboo Island*** --> hermit crabs

Our last stop is Shark Point**='(
sad cause we didn't get to see any shark, not our lucky day. in fact the marine life and corals in Krabi and PP area is nothing compared to the beautiful Redang Island (malaysia) marine life.

After the intensive snorkeling, we climb about 20minutes to reach the first Phi Phi viewpoint. Even more tiring, but we were greeted by this beautiful rainbow =) NICE! Energy gained, now straight on to the next viewpoint..!

Beautiful... From the second viewpoint, we can clearly see the both sides of Tonsai Bay and Lo Dalum Bay. Just enjoy the beautiful sunset here..
