A MUST TRY dish in Bali --> Bebek Bengil's Crispy Duck****. It is the most crispy roast duck$$ we ever tasted. The restaurant Bebek Bengil which means 'Dirty Duck' got its name when the owner saw some ducks which are covered in mud running around his shop. It is certainly not indicating that its duck are dirty. Instead their food are clean and delicious. There's another dish named 'Smoked Duck' which we did not have the chance to try it because it has to be booked one day in advance due to its long cooking hours and popularity =.=.
Located in Ubud, this place has a setting around paddy fields with nice dining environment on little bamboo huts.
Another must try --> Babi Guling$ (roasted pig). Ask your tour guide to bring you to the best and cheap babi guling.
